Microsoft Inc in partnership with the Fate Foundation and Mara Mentor has launched the ‘Cloudpreneurs Project’. The CloudPreneurs project is an initiative geared towards empowering Nigerian youths to boost their socio-economic development, by providing them with ICT, entrepreneurship and cloud-computing training.

The project is now receiving applications from 1,000 start-ups that have been in operation for less than three (3) years. From the 1,000 applicants, 100 will be selected and given a four-week marathon training on entrepreneurship, technology, sales, start-up management, business management and communication and ultimately provide mentorship and seed capital for the top 20 participants who will become cloud-based business owners.

Applications to the Cloudpreneur Project opened on March 20 and the deadline for  application is on April 19, 2015. To apply, Click Here
