Author, radio and TV personality Charlamagne Tha God, 39, (he’ll be 40 on June 29) has teamed up with HBO for a series of interview specials set to debut later this year.

A New York Times bestselling author, Charlamagne co-hosts the nationally syndicated hip-hop iHeartRadio program, “The Breakfast Club”.
